Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Secrets of Allure, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy below: Notice Requirement: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, a 20% fee of the scheduled service total will be charged. /as No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
